Located just one hour north of Auckland City, the bach has three bedrooms, one bathroom, separate toilet, laundry, open plan living/kitchen/dining and some great outdoor living areas including a front porch that spills out onto the front lawn and a back yard with a large new deck that backs onto an estuary. The estuary flows under a one lane bridge through to Whangateau Harbour across the road which can be accessed by kayak (There is two kayaks and a double kayak available for use in the garage! Amongst other things including a paddleboard, life jackets, barbeque etc.)
Bedroom first bedroom has a queen size bed plus a single bed plus a spare mattresses which can go on the floor. The main bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has double bed.
The sleep out can sleep 4 comfortably and has a new queen bed and a queen futon fold down couch bed.
The bach has wifi accessible throughout the house and has been fitted out with all the comforts of that classic kiwi getaway.

As we are on tank water linen, sheets and towels are not included but can be hired in for $40 per person.

It is not officially accessible but there is only two small steps onto deck at the back and then level into the house. Toilet is not wheelchair accessible. But house next door is wheelchair accessible with ramp, wheelchair toilet and disabled shower.
